The true measure of a plan's success is whether or not it provides substantial retirement benefits to plan participants. Our Employee Education Strategy helps assure that each plan participant thoroughly understands the plan, available investment options, and that they maximize their vendor relationship. This is accomplished by an enrollment and education meeting, and if necessary, one-on-one training. An annual, in person meeting is set as well for the participants. We have found that focusing on employee education increases the level of plan participation, helps to achieve above average contribution levels, and assists employees in creating long-term investment portfolios.
